RESERVATIONS: Facility rentals require full payment at time of reservation and may be made up to 365 days in advance. Facilities are open from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. and can be rented on an hourly basis (2-hour minimum). Set-up and clean-up must be included in your rental time. Full day rentals will be charged a maximum of 8 hours. View our rental policies before booking by clicking here.

CANCELLATIONS: Events cancelled at least two weeks in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee. Events cancelled less than two weeks in advance, may reschedule for another date without penalty up to 1 year in advance, but will not receive a refund.

AVAILABILITY: Please use the search tools on the left hand side below to view availability. When searching multiple dates, a CALENDAR view is available by clicking the “Display Option” text below. If a venue is already reserved or is unavailable, the times will be grayed out and displayed as “unavailable” when hovered over. If a venue is available, the times will be highlighted in green and display “Book now” when hovered over.

Amberleigh Pavilion

Coffman East Shelter

Coffman West Shelter

Coffman Pavilion

This facility has 3 stone walls and opens up onto a large concrete patio. It features a charcoal grill, two fireplaces, electricity, a catering kitchen and restrooms. View our rental policies before booking by clicking here.

Kaltenbach Shelter

This outdoor shelter seats 50, has a charcoal grill, electricity and is attached to the Kaltenbach Community Center (indoor space is not included in this rental, but can be rented separately by calling 614.410.4510). Scioto Cent Shelter

This shelter has seating for 50, electricity, a charcoal grill and is located close to the playground area and parking lot. Scioto Park also offers restrooms, a river landing, an ADA fishing pier and a volleyball court. View our rental policies before booking by clicking here.

Scioto North Shelter
