Identification and proof of residency for all adults in the household is needed to make any changes to your residency status. Go to My Account, Upload ID/Proof of Residency. Upload your current driver's license and a photo ID for all adults (18+) in your household. If your driver's license address is different, upload a current utility bill as proof. Staff will review and update your residency status within 1-2 business days. Your information is removed from the system after review. You can also provide proof of residency in person at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, 5600 Post Road, Dublin, OH 43017. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is updated. If your registration window is time sensitive, we recommend coming in person to the DCRC with your ID and proof of residency.
