Have you ever had a dance party in the pool? Adaptive Aqua Dance is an all-inclusive aquatic fitness class that promotes healthy, low-impact movements in the warm-water leisure pool slide area, which is 3-4 feet deep. All dance moves can be modified with assistance from our Aqua Fitness instructor, certified in Physically Integrated Dance. Participants are welcome to freestyle their own dance movements. An adult provider or caregiver is welcome to attend and assist any participant needing support in the water. An accessibility lift, a water wheelchair and a zero-depth entry are all available.

Sensory warning: Loud music is played during this class and excessive splashing may also occur. Bright fluorescent lighting and other aquatic activities also occur during this program.
