RESERVATIONS: Facility rentals require full payment at time of reservation and may be made up to 365 days in advance. Facilities are open from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. and can be rented on an hourly basis (2-hour minimum). Set-up and clean-up must be included in your rental time. Full day rentals will be charged a maximum of 8 hours.

CANCELLATIONS: Events cancelled at least two weeks in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee. Events cancelled less than two weeks in advance, may reschedule for another date without penalty up to 1 year in advance, but will not receive a refund.

AVAILABILITY: Please use the search tools on the left hand side below to view availability. When searching multiple dates, a CALENDAR view is available by clicking the “Display Option” text below. If a venue is already reserved or is unavailable, the times will be grayed out and displayed as “unavailable” when hovered over. If a venue is available, the times will be highlighted in green and display “Book now” when hovered over.

Amberleigh Pavilion

This facility features a charcoal grill, fireplace, electricity, catering kitchen, and restrooms. Adjacent playground and river access.
RES rate $15/hour; SDR/NR rate $50/hr.

Coffman East Shelter

This shelter is located next to the playground. It offers a charcoal grill, seating for 50, and electrical access. Restrooms, basketball, and tennis courts are near by.
RES rate $10/hour; SDR/NR rate $30/hr.

Coffman West Shelter

This shelter is located closest to the restrooms. It offers a charcoal grill, seating for 50, and electrical access. Playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts are near by.
RES rate $10/hour; SDR/NR rate $30/hr.

Coffman Pavilion

This facility has 3 stone walls and opens up onto a large concrete patio. It features a charcoal grill, 2 fireplaces, electricity, catering kitchen, and restrooms.
RES rate $15/hour; SDR/NR rate $50/hr.

Kaltenbach Shelter

This outdoor shelter seats 50, has a charcoal grill, electricity and is attached to the Kaltenbach Community Center (indoor space is not included in this rental, but can be rented separately by calling 614-410-4510).
Kaltenbach Park features a playground, restrooms, paved walking path, basketball and sand volleyball courts.
RES rate $10/hour; SDR/NR rate $30/hr.

Scioto Cent Shelter

This shelter has seating for 50, electricity, a charcoal grill and is located close to the playground area and parking lot. Scioto Park also offers restrooms, a river landing, ADA fishing pier and volleyball court.
RES rate $10/hour; SDR/NR rate $30/hr.

Scioto North Shelter

This shelter seats 50, has a charcoal grill and is closest to the volleyball court. This shelter now has electricity. Scioto Park also offers a playground area, restrooms, a river landing, and ADA fishing pier.

Scioto South Shelter

This shelter seats 50, has a charcoal grill, and offers a more private setting. Scioto Park features a playground, restrooms, river landing, ADA fishing pier and volleyball court.
