DCRC pool party packages may be booked through May 25. Look for the next release of dates on May 14 (for May 26-Aug. 14 party dates). Gymnasium/Teen Lounge parties may be booked up to 90 days in advance. Esports parties may be booked through May 19.
The DCRC has gymnasium/teen lounge sports-themed party packages and an esports package in addition to our popular indoor pool party package! All of our party packages include a classroom for 3 hours and 20 place settings including dinner and cake plates, cups, sporks and napkins. Also included are tablecloths and a balloon bouquet. Food & drinks must stay in the classroom at all times. Wristbands will be issued to all party attendees. Parties are welcome to bring their own food or have food delivered.

Indoor and Outdoor Pool Parties:
Packages are based on parties of up to 20 people maximum (including swimmers, non-swimmers, parents and children).
Additional guests may be added on site for $8/person (indoor) or $10/person (outdoor), up to a max. of 25.
Ensure you have enough adult chaperones as well as adults in the water:
- All children 4 years of age and younger must be within arm’s reach of an adult, 16 years of age or older, in a swimsuit, at all times. One adult is required for every 2 children in this age group.
- All children 5-7 years of age must be visually supervised by an adult, 16 years of age or older, at all times. One adult is required for every 5 children in this age group.
- All children 8-9 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, 16 years of age or older, in the facility.
The following flotation devices are permitted: “water wings”, noodles, built-in flotation suits, baby seat floaters & Coast Guard approved life jackets. Any child using a floatation device must be accompanied by an adult (age 16 and older) in the water.
Gymnasium/Teen Lounge Parties:

- Included is use of either the gymnasium for basketball/open play, volleyball, pickleball or badminton, or use of the Teen Lounge which includes a ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball, gaming systems and a jukebox.
- Tailgate-themed games are available inside the classroom space.
Esports Parties:
Available Sundays 5-8pm only. The Respawn Lounge has 12 computer setups. As a result, we recommend no more than 12 children to ensure all children have equal playing opportunities. Children MUST be at least 8 years old to utilize Respawn Lounge. Packages are based on parties of up to 20 people maximum (including adults and children).
- Included is use of the Respawn Lounge for any of the available games: Fortnite, League of Legends, Rocket League, DOTA 2, Fall Guys, Apex Legends, Valorant, Overwatch 2 or AimLAb.
- Tailgate-themed games inside the classroom space.
- Esports Attendant available to assist in use of the computers / game setup in the Respawn Lounge
