Join the Washington Township Fire Department and learn great ways to keep your family safe! Go through Sparky’s Safety House, practice fire extinguisher usage through simulations, develop fire escape plans and learn what to do if there is a fire in your home. Participants will receive a small at-home craft to take with them at the end of the program. Registration fee is per child participant (families receive one set of materials per registered child). Parent participation required.

The name says it all! Total Body Conditioning (TBC) is a 45-minute multi-level workout consisting of three main phases – Strength, Core and Cardio Conditioning – to target all major muscle groups using bodyweight movements and resistance. Modifications will be offered so you can perform the exercises at your own level.
