AbioGenesis: An Origin Story is a new stage play produced by Jamie Harper and their community based ensemble and in conjunction with The Ohio State University College of Art and Sciences. This engaging personal narrative driven theater experience will synthesize their recent academic endeavors while exploring storytelling as a means of healing the individual and the collective. The major questions being examined are 'simply' the questions of our daily human struggle to understand: Who am I? Where am I? and What am I Doing Here? This portrait of an artist and a human in discovery promises to be an event you will not soon forget. ***The audience will be encouraged to reflect upon their own journeys as artists and humans to see where their own stories feed their joy or have room for mending.***
