Age older than or equal to 60.00 and younger than or equal to 115.00. The date used for calculating the age is Item Begin Date.In order to purchase this, your Address and ID need to be verified by staff first. Snap a photo of your driver's license as proof of identification and upload it under My Account, Upload ID/Proof of Residency. If your license does not have your current address listed, you will also need to upload a utility bill as proof of residency. Valid for accessing the OUTDOOR Dublin Community Pool North or South, this pass is for anyone over 60 years of age.
*If you have a pass from a prior year, you may use that same ID.
*If this is your first time purchasing an outdoor pool pass, you will need to have your photo taken at the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) before accessing the pool.
*Keyfobs/ID cards can be picked up at the DCRC.

For the safety and security of our patrons, staff and facilities, all members, day pass visitors, program participants and spectators passing the check-in desk at the outdoor pools must present a state, federal, school or City of Dublin/Recreation Services photo ID or key-fob. Children without an ID must be accompanied by a supervisor at least 16 years of age (with proper ID), or present proper proof of address at the membership desk of the DCRC to obtain a Resident Card or Non-Resident Card.

All Dublin City Schools district residents and non-resident guests must be accompanied by a City of Dublin resident and present valid identification. Proof of City of Dublin residency is required when purchasing daily passes (a current utility bill, resident card, which can be obtained at the DCRC, or valid Ohio driver's license). Daily admissions are not accepted if capacities at the pools have been met.

A Dublin Community Pool pass permits members access to both the North and South Community Pools for the season. For safety reasons, if capacities are met at one pool, you may be directed to the other location.
* Glass containers, alcoholic beverages and smoking are not permitted.
* Proper swim attire is required.
* Season passes are non-transferable.
* No refunds will be available after the first day of operation each season.
* Membership cards must be presented for admission.
* Cool, rainy or inclement weather may result in closing of the pools.
* No refunds or rain checks will be offered due to inclement weather.

YOU ARE THE BEST LIFEGUARD YOUR CHILD CAN HAVE!
Lifeguards are on duty to provide information, encourage rules in order to prevent accidents and to respond to emergencies. They are not able to give one-on-one supervision that is essential in keeping children safe in and around the water. This is the responsibility of the parents and adult caregivers who bring children to the pool.

ADULT TO CHILD RATIOS
* Children ages 10 years and over may enter the facility without an adult supervisor
* Children ages 8 & 9 years must be accompanied by a supervisor 16 years or older. The supervisor must be in the facility at all times. One supervisor is required for every 5 children in this age group.
* Children ages 5 thru 7 years must be visually supervised by supervisor 16 years or over at all times. One supervisor is required for every 5 children in this age group.
* Children 4 years of age and under must be within arms reach of a supervisor 16 years and over. One supervisor is required for every 2 children in this age group.

RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE
As a participant in this and any other program of the City of Dublin Recreation Services Division and/or Dublin City Schools, I/we recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks and agree to assume all such risks including any damage resulting from physical injuries, death, loss of services or consortium, loss or damage to property, or any other loss which I/we may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with such programs. I/we also acknowledge that participation in such programs and at such facilities enhances the chance that I/we may contract a naturally occurring disease, including the novel coronavirus COVID-19.

In consideration of the City of Dublin Recreation Services Division and/or Dublin City Schools, accepting me or my child's registration, and with the intent to be legally bound, I hereby, for myself, for my child, all heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, do hereby forever release, waive and relinquish all claims I have or may have as a result of participating in this and all other programs of the City of Dublin Recreation Services Division and/or Dublin City Schools. Furthermore, I promise not to sue the City of Dublin Recreation Services Division and/or Dublin City Schools and agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend, the City of Dublin Recreation Services and/or Dublin City Schools, its officers, agents, servants, employees and insurers, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions or causes of action resulting from physical injuries, including death, harm sustained as a result of contracting a naturally occurring disease, loss of services or consortium, loss or damage to property, or any other loss to me on account of my participation in this and all other programs of the City of Dublin Recreation Services Division and/or Dublin City Schools.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, AND AM AWARE THAT I AM RELEASING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ILLNESS, OR DEATH INCURRED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN PROGRAMS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN RECREATION SERVICES DIVISION AND/OR DUBLIN CITY SCHOOLS.
