Summer Break Tween Yoga

Tween girls are at such an exciting time of life! Being a tween can also mean navigating new changes and challenges. This program is designed to help girls gain tools for finding balance in life. Students practice breathing techniques, yoga poses, and gentle flowing movements. They practice mindfulness activities to help improve concentration, boost confidence and build meaningful connections.
