Summer-Break Kids Yoga

Students practice breathing, moving, and stretching their bodies in mindful and playful ways as they learn basic yoga poses. Students learn various breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body. Play fun yoga games, try partner poses and make a related craft. Your little yogi will leave with new friends and life-long skills!
