Independence Day Cookie Cakes: Learn the tips and tricks to creating 4 mini Independence Day-themed cookie cakes. Learn how to stack a cookie cake, create small buttercream flowers and designs, and correctly hold and assemble a piping bag to create beautiful buttercream art on the cookie cakes. Each participant creates and takes desserts at the end of each program along with the piping tips so they can re-create buttercream designs at home.
