Join us for a playful and uplifting yoga practice designed for new and current students of all levels. This 55-minute Hatha-based yoga program helps you feel connected, vibrant and healthy. Begin and end each practice with guided meditation and mindful breath work. Claudia’s clear instruction guides you to safely stretch and explore standing poses to improve your balance, flexibility, strength and stamina. Seated stretches allow time to develop the mind-body connection. Final relaxation completes your practice. No two classes are the same: join us Monday afternoons, Wednesday mornings or both. Blankets, straps, and blocks are provided to support you in learning and modifying poses. This class does not accommodate chair yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
