Amazing Athletes: Karate Zoo - 416112

With the help of the Amazing Athletes Muscle Zoo friend characters, we teach the fundamentals of martial arts in a high-energy progression-based program. Students learn & practice the traditions & skills of the sport, and receive colored belts and stripes for their achievement. At each class, students practice and perform a new skill, bringing it all together and closing out with a fun & interactive game. Each skill introduced is designed for progression with beginner, immediate, and advanced modifications allowing each student to progress at their own pace in a mixed ability group setting.Due to the age of participants, parents/guardians must remain on-site for bathroom breaks, behavioral interventions or additional assistance.

Holiday Date: No class November 27 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

What to Bring/Wear: Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for the freedom of movement, closed toed shoes, and bring a pre-filled water bottle. Please plan to dress appropriately for the weather for all outdoor programs.
