Come join us for a Red, White & Blue themed water fitness event! You are welcomed and encouraged to wear 4th of July gear. There will be two rounds of classes at a time: one leisure pool class & one lap pool class. You will get to sample two of the following water fitness classes (one class per hour):
8:10-9:00a Class
•Class Option 1: Hydro Circuit with Kathy & Marie (shallow leisure pool)
•Class Option 2: Deep Cardio & Tone with Wendy (deep lap pool)
*10 minute break for transition time*
9:10-10:00a Class
•Class Option 1: Strength, Balance, & Stretch with Kathy & Marie (shallow leisure pool)
•Class Option 2: Aquatic Mix-Up with Tracy (shallow lap pool)
There will also be donuts, water, and a free raffle to win a HydroFit prize bag full of water fitness essentials! Be sure to register today while spots are still available!
