Join us for a playful and uplifting yoga practice designed for new and current students of all levels. This 55-minute Hatha-based yoga program helps you feel connected, vibrant and healthy. Begin and end each practice with guided meditation and mindful breath work. Claudia's clear instruction guides you through stretching and exploring standing poses safely to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, and stamina. Seated stretches allow time to develop the mind-body connection. Final relaxation completes your practice. Each class is unique: join us on Monday afternoons, Wednesday mornings, or both. Blankets, straps, and blocks are provided to support you in learning and modifying poses. This class does not accommodate chair yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
