Vandana Rajagopal is an accomplished yoga teacher whose journey is shaped by a diverse range of experiences, from founding her own private yoga business to teaching at local studios. She holds a 200-hour yoga certification and an additional 95-hour certification in Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness training, and she is currently pursuing a 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher certification.

With a deep passion for yoga and mindfulness education for kids, Vandana's teaching commitment extends to nurturing both the body and mind. She actively shares her offerings at various local schools, prioritizes inclusivity, and creates environments that cater to individuals of all abilities.
