Amazing Athletes - 416111

Amazing Athletes shows kids just how much fun fitness can be! During our 30-35 minute weekly classes, children learn the importance of patience, teamwork, and self-confidence in a non-competitive, learning-based environment that fosters a love of healthy living. Through our structured active play, Amazing Athletes advance 6 different motor skills, encourage kids to explore and develop a variety of athletic skills through the introduction of 10 different sports, introduces the children to 16 different fruits and vegetables as well as important vitamins and minerals so that they go home excited about trying new, healthy foods and teach children to name and identify 10 major muscles key to maintaining good gross-motor movement and body wellness. Due to the age of participants, parents/guardians must remain on site for bathroom breaks, behavioral interventions or additional assistance.

Holiday Date: No class November 27 due to Dublin City Schools closure in observance of the holiday weekend.

What to Bring/Wear: Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for the freedom of movement, closed toed shoes, and bring a pre-filled water bottle. Please plan to dress appropriately for the weather for all outdoor programs.
