Player Development & Skills Workout - 426350

Open to all skill levels, Coach Kyle will take basketball players through a series of dynamic warm ups and conditioning workouts, skills and drills training, and small-group game play. Throughout the session, players will develop in the following categories: ball-handling, shooting, footwork, offensive techniques, and overall sportsmanship. This small group format is perfect for new players or for those looking to increase confidence in their game.

Holiday Date: No class December 1 in observance of the Thanksgiving Weekend, and December 15 due to instructor availability.

What to Bring/Wear: Participants should wear comfortable athletic style clothing that allows for the freedom of movement, closed-toe shoes and bring a pre-filled water bottle and a basketball (suggested basketball size for age group – 28.5”). The DCRC has a limited supply of basketballs available for participant use, if needed.
