Self-Defense with the Dublin Police

This program includes both classroom-style presentations and hands-on exercises to practice basic self-defense techniques. All participants are required to complete a waiver before the program. Participants younger than 18 must attend with a registered parent/guardian. Those who complete the session receive a personal alarm device.
