Red, White & Splash

Start your holiday of with a splash! There will be two rounds of classes in both pools with 10 minutes between the rotations. The classes will be Introduction to Hydro Circuit and Strength, Balance & Stretch both in the Leisure Pool, as well as Aquatic Mix-Up and Deep Cardio & Tone in the Lap Pool. There will be 2 door prizes and water will be provided. Doors will open at 7:50am and the first class begins at promptly 8:10am. Door prize drawings will take place at 10:10am.
