Pilates jumpboard interval classes are cardio and core workouts that use a jumpboard and reformer to build strength and burn calories. They can include a variety of exercises, such as jumping, core and leg work, and upper body exercises. Some classes may also use a mini stability ball for added intensity. This is an intermediate level class where familiarity with the reformer is helpful. The class is not for those with knee joint issues (osteoarthritis, knee pain or replacements, severe back pain like bulging or herniated discs).
