Yin & Restorative Yoga

Unwind and de-stress with this soothing combination of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Through gentle, long-held postures and supported relaxation poses, this class is designed to release deep tension, increase flexibility, and calm the nervous system. A perfect way to reset your mind and body, this practice invites stillness, relaxation, and renewal. No prior yoga experience needed, welcome to all levels.
