What to Expect:
Comprehensive Development: Our training not only improves physical performance but also boosts mental toughness, enhancing focus, confidence, and leadership skills.
Progress Tracking: We are committed to your growth! Participants will undergo 3-4 key tests on the first day, including the 20-yard dash, pro agility shuttle, broad jump, and a sit-and-reach flexibility assessment. We will measure your progress again at the end of the session to celebrate your improvements.
Flexible Foundations: Flexibility plays a vital role in overall athletic performance. Our program includes dedicated flexibility exercises to enhance your range of motion and support your training goals.

What to Bring/Wear: Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for the freedom of movement, closed toed shoes, and bring a pre-filled water bottle. Please plan to dress appropriately for the weather for all outdoor programs.
