A New Year, a new you! An 8-week evidence-based program to help you thrive, find joy in the everyday and enhance your personal happiness and well-being. Join Megan Amaya, owner of The Wellness Strategy and professor at Ohio State, to discuss and apply key components associated with happiness, well-being, health and longevity. Healthy habit building includes happiness, stress reduction & resiliency, mindfulness practices, physical activity/movement, nutrition and sleep. An accompanying workbook with reflection/skills building is provided to participants. Optional personal health coaching (50% discount for participants) is available. This program is free to City of Dublin Residents and $64 for School District and Non-Dublin Residents. In-person class sessions: January 9, 23, February 6, 27.
