New households are set up under non-resident status by default.
If you reside within the City of Dublin limits or within the Dublin City Schools district limits, you may provide proof of residency to have your account status changed. If approved, full time staff will update your household's residency status, Monday-Friday within 1-2 business days. All adults listed in the household, ages 18 and older, need to submit a government-issued photo ID. If the address on your driver's license is not your current place of residence, you also need to upload a current utility bill as proof of residency. You may also provide proof of residency in person at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, located at 5600 Post Road, Dublin, OH 43017.
Create New Household
After clicking submit, please go to My Account and then Upload ID/Proof of Residency. Upload an image of your current driver's license as well as a photo ID for all adults (18+) residing in your household. If the address on your driver's license is not your current place of residence, you also need to upload a current utility bill as proof of residency. Full time staff will review your documents and update your household's residency status (if applicable) Monday-Friday within 1-2 business days. For security purposes, information is removed from the system immediately after review and copies are not kept on file. Anyone interested in purchasing a pass must have their ID verified first per Resolution 6-13 in which the City of Dublin reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone registered as a sex offender.
